Everything and anything pertaining to the file from start to finish is posted in the file for clients to see — from copies of advertising to website advertising information, updated market analysis to the contract and inspection documents for a purchase.
The firm believes the change was a natural progression from its ongoing position that an educated client is a smarter client. Resources Real Estate believes that part of its responsibility is to keep the client updated, and with today’s technology it became a smarter way still to open up the client files directly to the client on the Internet. The file, which is password protected for privacy, not only contains the information as it is updated and posted, it also automatically contacts the client to let them new information is available.
