RUMSON – The last hyper-local craft beer tasting dinner at Salt Creek Grille, featuring beers from Kane Brewing from Oceanport, sold out in record time. Regional Partner Steve Bidgood advised thirsty fans to start dialing fast to secure their reservations for the next one – a four-course feast on Wednesday, March 21 at 6:30 p.m. – featuring craft beers from Carton Brewing located in Atlantic Highlands.
“Our Sous Chef Michael Keating is a devoted craft beer enthusiast,” explained Bidgood. “Chef Keating and Executive Chef Bob Belt have done a terrific job pairing our culinary delights with the featured beer’s profile. We have a lot of guests from past wine and beer dinners who are coming back for more and bringing their friends.
Carton Brewing was founded by cousins and New Jersey natives Augie and Chris Carton and Jessie Ferguson, who will lead the beer tasting dinner at Salt Creek Grille. Carton Brewing is also on tap at Salt Creek Grille for the month of March.
