Mistinguette (Misti) Pettit, 45, of Middletown, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 21, unexpectedly after surviving a near fatal accident a few years prior. Misti suffered complications from her traumatic brain injury from three-and-a-half years prior that led to her passing.
Misti was an accomplished musician and artist. She touched the lives of many people with her endless giving to others. Misti was predeceased by her brother, Michael Pettit (1988). Our beloved family member, Misti always felt close to even after his passing.
Misti is survived by her beloved parents, Howard and Sue Pettit (Née: Wilson). Also surviving are her loving siblings, David, Stephan, Angelique (Pettit) Sever, and her spouse William.
Please join her family for a Memorial Celebration of her life on Saturday, March 12 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the John E. Day Funeral Home. 85 Riverside Ave., Red Bank. There will be a reception immediately following from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Taste Cafe, 10 Bridge Ave., Red Bank. All are welcome.
