RUMSON – Pauline Poyner of Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty has been selected to chair the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction.
This year’s event will be held Monday, Oct. 27, and will feature signature chefs from dozens of Central Jersey’s most popular restaurants. The event, which begins at 6:30 p.m., will be held at the Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club in Farmingdale and will honor pediatric infectious disease specialist Dr. Margaret Fisher, chair and medical director at Unterberg Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center, who is also a professor of pediatrics at Drexel University College of Medicine and president of the New Jersey Chapter American Academy of Pediatrics.
A 19-year veteran and a lifelong resident of Oceanport, Poyner is a Certified Residential Specialist, covering all of Monmouth County. With career sales totaling more than $311 million, Poyner has consistently ranked in the top 1 percent of real estate sales in Monmouth County and New Jersey; as well as in the top 1 percent nationwide during her tenure with her former firm, a national real estate brokerage. In 2012, she participated in more than 82 transactions. For the last 12 years she held the distinguished award as the Top Sales Associate with her former firm’s Rumson office.
In addition to the Monmouth/Ocean County Association of Realtors, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR). Poyner is a perennial winner of the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® 1995 – 2012. She received the highest level of Platinum in 2003 and from 2005 through 2012.
She is also committed to the mission of the March of Dimes. This will be her second year chairing the Signature Chef Auction.

“As a mom and a grandmother, I am very proud to support the March of Dimes and their mission to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality,” Poyner said.
“Pauline is a dynamo in her industry and we are so grateful for her leadership in bringing awareness to the mission of the March of Dimes,” said Addy Bonet, state director, March of Dimes, New Jersey chapter.
