Sharon Pyle, 65 of Atlantic Highlands, passed away peacefully on May 16, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Long Branch to Richard and Annette Smithson. She earned her nursing degree from Brookdale Community College and was a registered nurse at Riverview Medical Center before her retirement.
She was predeceased by her father, Richard Smithson. She is survived by her mother, Annette Winters Smithson of Little Silver; her son, Ryan Pyle and his wife Michelle of Leonardo; her sister, Susan Karl and her husband Michael of Little Silver; her brother, Dick Smithson and his wife JoAnn of Tabernacle; and her three grandchildren, Annika, Aylin and Kaley.
Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank, was in charge of arrangements.
