1/19 –Red Bank Charter School Community to Host Celebration to Honor Dr. King Tomorrow

RED BANK – The Red Bank Charter School (RBCS) will host a community wide celebration on Monday, Jan. 20, to come together as a community to honor the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The thematic spirit is to encourage a peaceful and harmonious society, ideals and spirit that forwarded by the late civil rights leader. The commemoration will begin at 7:45 a.m. in the Omni Room at RBCS, with a special complimentary breakfast gathering featuring bagels, juice and coffee.
Some of the activities and special guests include: A performance by The Actors Playground; Lunch Break Executive Director Gwendolyn Love’s talk about
the importance of service and being active members of our community; and a silent walk through of Red Bank during which the RBCS student’s message can be seen.
All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
