RED BANK – Red Bank RiverCenter has announced that parking in municipal lots and metered streets in the downtown will be free from Thursday, Dec. 12 through Wednesday, Dec. 25.
Shoppers will be able to leave their quarters in their pockets and come out to enjoy all Red Bank has to offer for the holiday season.
RiverCenter offers its thanks to the Red Bank mayor and council for approving the program again this year.
“I’m thrilled that we can offer this great program to all visitors to the downtown,” said Red Bank RiverCenter Executive Director James Scavone. “Red Bank has so much to offer the holiday shopper and we hope this gift gives shoppers yet another reason to shop local and shop Red Bank.”
One stop while parking free and shopping in Red Bank should be the Christmas tree now featured in Riverside Gardens Park on West Front Street. The riverfront park is a gateway to the borough and a showplace for Red Bank RiverCenter’s largest tree ever.
