Maureen A. Reilly, 60, of Middletown, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Jan. 20. Maureen was born on Sept. 25, 1955 in Jersey City, where she was raised. In 1995, she settled in Middletown.
She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Eleanor (Gentile) Reilly, her brother-in-law, Ralph Guma Sr., and her nephew, Ralph Guma Jr. Maureen is survived by her loving sisters, Patricia Guma of Secaucus, and Tawny M. Cataldo and her husband Jerry of Middletown, along with her cherished nieces and nephews, Dr. Michael Guma and his wife Judy, Rick Guma and his wife Wendy, Tawny Cataldo, and Michelle Cataldo, and four adored great-nieces and greatnephews. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.
Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Hazlet, was in charge of arrangements. In respect of Maureen’s wishes, she will be privately cremated. In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Maureen to her family’s charitable organization, Guma Foundation, Inc., which was very dear to her heart, would be greatly appreciated.
