On Wednesday, top Monmouth County athletes announced their choice of university, where will continue their sports. National Letter of Intent serves as a binding agreement between student-athletes and Division I and II programs at National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) colleges and universities. It is held in the fall, winter and spring.
