Matthew R. Feiring of Rumson graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point on Saturday, May 25, as a second lieutenant. He received the Col. Jeffrey McNally Award for the highest GPA among behavioral sciences and leadership majors in his class. He was in the top 10 percent of his class. He will attend U.S. Army Ranger School after officer’s basic training.
