Patrick J. Scinto, 97, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 20 at his home. Pat graduated from the University of Connecticut with his bachelor’s degree and MIT with his master’s degree as an electrical engineer. Pat worked for Philips, Westinghouse and most recently Electronic Measurements. He was a communicant and a volunteer for many years at St. Leo the Great in Lincroft.
Pat was a huge baseball fan (Yankees) and coached for many years for the Lincroft Little Leagues. He enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren play and share his passion for the sport.
He was a wonderful husband and a great dad and grand-dad whose life was totally devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren. For Pat, nothing mattered more to him than his family. He also shared a special connection with all his friends from Electronic Measurements.
He was predeceased by his wife, Doris Scinto. Surviving are his three loving children, Bill, Patricia and her husband Paul Krosnicki and Randy; his dear sister, Marie Riccio; and his four cherished grandchildren, Patrick, Lucas, Thomas and Grace.
