Edward Henry Seiter, 49, of Laurence Harbor, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 31. Edward was born on February 10, 1966 in Queens, N.Y., where he grew up. In 1996, he settled in Laurence Harbor. Throughout his life, Edward worked for the United Parcel Service (UPS) in Manhattan, N.Y. He was an avid fan of the New York Mets and the New York Jets and enjoyed anything German. Above all else, Edward loved spending time with his family and friends.
He was predeceased by his father, Henry Seiter.
Edward is survived by his loving mother, Inge Elsa Weber; his dear sisters, Elizabeth Grant and her husband Stephen of Dumfries, Va., and Susan Aklus and her husband Bob of N.C., his half brother, Josh Seiter of Colo.; and his cherished nieces and nephews, Stephen M. Grant Jr., Anneliese Grant, Cody Aklus and Anna Aklus. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Hazlet. In respect of Edward’s wishes, he was privately cremated.
