Folks born this week are born on the cusp of Aquarius and Pisces.
This is a combination of the fixed Aquarius and the changeable water sign Pisces. Anyone born from Feb. 14 to Feb. 17 is an Aquarian. (Since the sun changes signs on its own schedule each year this year it happens to be the 17th). From the 18th to 21st is Pisces.
The Aquarian marches to the beat of a different drum and is always at odds with rules and regulations. They love freedom and plenty of space. This fixed sign enjoys being different.
There is no sign in the zodiac as sensitive as a Pisces. They respond to every comment meant for them or not. They actually feel so deeply and have such strong emotions that they often take to their bed to get away from the torment of the world.
Once they get their strong emotions under control, they are most helpful. They have great compassion and enjoy helping those in need.

This week we remain dealing with Mercury retrograde. This is no time to buy a car, computer or house – unless of course you don’t mind dealing with the inconvenience of whatever nonsense Mercury brings. Mars remains in Libra and so you will see many a Gemini and Aquarian making some smart moves as Mars trines their Sun signs.
Aries (March 21 to April 20) Considering you hope to eventually make a new career deal, this a good time to start planning. No action just a plan. In that way you will be ready when the time is right and there won’t be a quick scheme pulled together at the last minute. Working to achieve future goals is a good move.
Taurus (April 21 to May 20) Making demands in a relationship may turn your ideas upside down. With that information in mind, it might be wise to reconsider your plans. This is not a week to ask for anything you really want. Just be smart and wait until the end of the month.
Gemini (May 21 to June 20) Decisions made this week won’t work in your favor over time. Knowing this information, just wait and see what you want next week and then make a small move. Remember, your ruling planet Mercury is retro and your plan just won’t work now. Try learning some patience and you will be happy.
Cancer (June 21 to July 20) Even the toughest critic won’t be able to find anything wrong with your plan for the future. Just don’t start too early and understand that you know more about your style than anyone else. A swift break could be exactly what you need – just be totally sure.
Leo (July 21 to Aug. 20) The details you seem obsessed with this week won’t make that much difference down the road. So relax, have some fun while you think it over. Then you can be sure you will just love your final plan. It is a good time to follow your heart, but go slowly.
Virgo (Aug. 21 to Sept. 20) This is no time to make a serious move. Life, as you have known it, is about to change for the better. But, there is no need to rush it because the change is coming no matter what you do. Getting advice from a good friend is important now. Keep track of your ideas and then let it happen.
Libra (Sept. 21 to Oct. 20) Mars in Libra forces you to make a big break. After all, when a project isn’t working it is time to let go and move on. Your next program will be well received and is exactly what you should be doing – what you love. Keeping some secrets is smart for all involved.
