To the kind souls born this week, the ultimate goal is combining the dreamy, romantic Libra vibe with the intense and logical Scorpio.
This is a marvelous challenge for anyone and gives the Libra-Scorpio combination of this week a self-confidence that few others have in their lives.
When you get involved with someone born this week, you are bound to learn to trust them and to trust yourself even more. The Libra personality teaches us to trust our friendships, but also to listen to our intuition.
On the other hand, the Scorpio teaches us to trust ourselves and avoid taking life too personally.
Anyone who takes life too seriously needs to learn to have a strong sense of humor. That is just what anyone born this week can teach and teach extremely well.
If your intention is to learn about yourself, then line up with a Libra Scorpio and you will find yourself a beautiful teacher of that life lesson.
People born this week: Rita Hayworth, Oct. 17, 1918; Lee Harvey Oswald, Oct. 18,1939; John le Carre, Oct. 19, 1931; Art Buchwald, Oct. 20, 1925; Judge Judy Sheindlin, Oct. 21, 1942; Franz Liszt, Oct. 22, 1811; Johnny Carson, Oct. 23, 1925; and Kevin Kline, Oct. 24, 1947.
Trying to find a good day once Mercury goes direct and the solar eclipse is over is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. But, believe it or not, the very best day in the coming week will be Tuesday, Oct. 28. The moon will be in Capricorn, a good day for business, and the sun will trine Neptune. So hold off, if possible, on signing a contract, starting something new – including relationships – until Tuesday.

Aries (March 21 to April 20) If life is not looking better, it would be wise to reflect on the changes you want to make. An old relationship could be putting a drain on your emotions and could need some serious reflection. With Mars about to move into aspect to your sun, start thinking change because it is coming.
Taurus (April 21 to May 20) You may feel that letting go is hard to do, but, unless you make a move shortly, the move will be made for you. And know now that unless you control the adjustments, you won’t like them. So the answer is make plans for a move – and keep smiling all the way to the bank.
Gemini (May 21 to June 20) Going back and trying to pick up the pieces of a broken friendship is impossible and certainly unproductive. So use the wisdom you have picked up on your journey and ignore the mishaps of some old pals. There is no sense trying to hold on to a dead horse. Give yourself a deadline and then let go and move on.
Cancer (June 21 to July 20) Don’t let anyone else’s family issues make you feel trapped in a friendship. You need your space free of drama so you can get your work done. Since you are such a great caregiver, you sometimes get yourself involved in issues that are out of your territory. It is best to just listen and let it be.
Leo (July 21 to Aug. 20) There seems to be one challenge after another in your life. You often think when one door closes another opens and there is always a problem to be solved. The latest situation you are faced with should keep you busy for weeks. It could be time to turn off your phone and rest for awhile. But since you can’t, the warning is watch out.
Virgo (Aug. 21 to Sept. 20) When there is one crisis after another it is difficult to maintain your usual poise, but keep trying. A good pal could offer some sound advice concerning your latest love. It might be smart to consider the manner it was given and go from there. Avoid making a move until the 25th of the month.
Libra (Sept. 21 to Oct. 20) It does not take long to straighten out some of the upside-down situations that are now in your life. You have been the target of some people who don’t really deserve your tender loving care. So cut your losses as gently as possible and think about moving on to another friendship. It will be wiser to back down immediately than wait until the limb breaks and you are hurt.
Scorpio (Oct. 21 to Nov. 20) As your life begins to expand, you will find it is necessary to cut down on the surplus around you. In doing so you will feel free of some of the cumbersome demands you put on yourself which you no longer need. In making the cutback, you will happier than ever. So start taking inventory today.
Sagittarius (Nov. 21 to Dec. 20) There are few Sagittarians who have not felt the wrath of Mars during the past five weeks. Finding fault is often traced back to the tension Mars forces on humans. So deal with the tension in a mild-mannered way and say little or nothing in anger. Delay decisions until the 25th when Mars leaves Sagittarius.
Capricorn (Dec. 21 to Jan. 20) As you continue to eye even higher career goals, be aware that others are watching you with some discomfort. It is obvious to everyone that you are on your way. It is time to remember confident people are very generous and kind. As you move forward know what goes around comes around. Act accordingly.
Aquarius (Jan. 21 to Feb. 20) The minor changes you have been dealing with will pay off shortly. So get ready to impress yourself in new ways and also deal with new people moving into your life. If you want them to stay, be encouraging and offer to help. Plus, you need to prepare for new ideas from pals.
Pisces (Feb. 21 to March 20) With Neptune riding high in Pisces it is wise to cling to your goals and ignore negative people. Otherwise, you could get caught up in a Neptune trap. An old friend continues to be interested but smart people would leave it completely alone. An old friend could help with your latest venture which will be a success.
