MIDDLETOWN – Statewide Custom Modular Homes, a family-owned and operated company started in 1957, has opened a new location at 337 State Highway 36 in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown.
Owners Bruce Goodstein and Kelly Mahon have decades of financial, engineering and project management experience to benefit the community.
“Our goal is to help the families and individuals impacted by Super Storm Sandy, especially those who have not yet returned home or are having trouble navigating the complexities of insurance and grant issues. Modular homes provide more affordable housing choices with shorter implementation time and lower square footage costs than traditional builders. That is why we chose to locate to Middletown,” Mahon said.
Statewide Custom Modular Homes offers more than 100 floor plans, ranging from 600 square feet to 7,500 square feet in affordable to elaborate designs. Clients can choose from complete “turn-key” or “drop and set” options. The company will also help clients locate property for new homes and can demolish existing structures.
Financing is available up to 95 percent of home value.
The Middletown location is open from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturday.
