Storm-Ravaged Salon Reopens in Rumson

Biz-manicured2.7]Rumson Mayor John Ekdahl, left, congratulates John and Joanna Frantz, owners of The Manicured Woman on opening their establishment at 112 Avenue of Two Rivers. The couple previously operated a successful salon with more than 300 clients in Little Silver for 15 years until Super Storm Sandy wiped it out in 2012. Last year they reopened the full service salon at the new Rumson location. The Manicured Woman is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursdays; and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays.
