Sykoff Joins NYC Firm as Executive Senior Counsel

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Graham-PeltonConsulting, Inc., a global fundraising and management consulting firm serving the nonprofit sector, has announced that Lawrence Sykoff, Ed.D. has become executive senior counsel and will serve as a leader of the firm’s Private Client Group with a focus on New York City.
Sykoff is the former head of school for 20 years at the Ranney School in Tinton Falls.

Sykoff has coauthored two highly regarded books on strategic and financial planning. He has a long list of speaking engagements at local, regional and national associations. Additionally, he has been recognized with distinguished state and Congressional awards for leadership and service and was the recipient of a CASE Award for outstanding leadership spanning three decades. Sykoff  has held many board positions and is currently a board member on one of the leading health care enterprises in New Jersey.
Under his leadership at Ranney School, the school experienced unprecedented enrollment growth and campus development, including the completion of several successful major capital programs that raised funds for new facilities and infrastructure. Recently appointed headmaster emeritus by the Ranney School Board of Trustees, a building has been named in his honor.
A graduate of the City University of New York with a bachelor’s of business administration, Sykoff also earned a master’s and doctorate in educational leadership from the University of San Diego.
