Judith E. Teeple, 73 of Highlands, entered into eternal life on Dec. 16, 2017 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was born in Long Branch and resided in Atlantic Highlands before moving to Highlands in 1966.
Mrs. Teeple worked as an administrative assistant and executive secretary at both Henry Hudson Regional High School, Highlands and Bell Labs in Holmdel for over 25 years and retired in 2001. She was also a communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help RC Church in Highlands. Judy always had a kind word for everyone and will always be remembered for her laughter, love, contagious smile, warm heart, guidance and compassion.
Mrs. Teeple was pre-deceased by her parents, George & Ellen LaMunyon, her sister, Pamela Mullen and brother-in-law Patrick Mullen. She is survived by her adoring husband Frank, her children, Terry Weaver and son-in-law Kevin; Susan Helm and son-in-law Timothy; Andrew Teeple and daughter-in-law Angela; and Amy Teeple and daughter-in-law Anna. She is also survived by her sister, Susan Heres and nine loving grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass was offered on Dec. 20 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help RC Church, Highlands. Relatives and friends were invited to call at Posten’s Funeral Home, 59 E. Lincoln Ave. at Central and E. Garfield avenues, Atlantic Highlands on Dec. 19 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Interment took place in Bay View Cemetery, Leonardo.
