RED BANK – The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, a Springpoint Senior Living community, announced the results of an annual satisfaction survey revealing that today’s residents regard The Atrium as an exceptional place to live. Survey results exceeded national benchmarks in 47 of 50 categories including value for price paid and overall satisfaction at The Atrium.
Holleran, a nationally regarded market research firm that specializes in the senior living industry, conducted the survey with over 100 of the 130 independent-living residents at The Atrium participating. Residents ranked the senior living community significantly above the Holleran national benchmark which includes the ratings of more than 575 communities in 42 states.
“I speak for the entire Atrium staff when I say that we continually strive to provide the utmost hospitality to our residents,” said Michael Gentile, executive director of The Atrium at Navesink Harbor. “The outstanding survey scores we received from our residents prove our ongoing commitment to be the best.”
The survey is conducted annually as part of The Atrium’s commitment to delivering the best service to its residents. Survey results cited that a high majority rated their satisfaction as either “good” or “excellent” and nearly all would recommend The Atrium at Navesink Harbor to a friend or relative.
The Atrium’s key areas of strength recognized by its satisfied residents are in the following survey categories: confidence in emergency response; availability of specialty care providers; competence, friendliness and courtesy of staff; timely overall communications; and quality of fitness programs. Residents completed the survey in June, sharing their opinions with Holleran.
The Atrium at Navesink Harbor was awarded a 2014 Holleran Highest Honors certificate in recognition of outstanding efforts in providing the highest levels of service to residents and for achieving scores that are significantly above the Holleran national benchmark for several independent living survey factors.
