Two River Archers Shoot at State Championship

The Two River Archers team participate at the New Jersey Archery Association Indoor State Championship, held in Monmouth Junction on March 29-30. NJ Archery Association is the state organization sanctioned by USA Archery, the national governing body that overseas the selection and training of the U.S. Olympic archery team. More than 125 archers, young and old, participated in the event, including teams from Princeton and Columbia universities. The seven members of the Two Rivers Archery team shot very well.
The team members are, from left, Olivia Rogers, Alessandra Arege, Nicolette DeVito, coach Brian Rogers, Luke Rogers, Jacob Swartz, Brendan Loftus and William Perry. The girls are 12 years old and in the sixth grade. The boys are 13 years old and in the seventh grade. The team is based in Little Silver.
