United Teletech Reelects Board Members

TINTON FALLS – United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union (UTF) reelected members of its volunteer board of directors during its recent annual meeting.
Members reelected are: Gilbert B. Harris, Michael Hou, Derek D. Mahoney and Ruth Ann Kluin.
Harris has served on the UTF Board of Directors for 12 years, during which he has held the positions of secretary, second vice chairman, first vice chairman and chairman. He has volunteered in multiple capacities during his 36 years as a member.
Hou served as the vice chairperson on the board for the past six years. He previously served on the supervisory committee, including two years as chairperson; he has also served as secretary of the board. He has been a member of UTF since 1990 and an active volunteer since 1991.
Mahoney served as the second vice chairman of the board of directors. He previously served as secretary and treasurer. Mahoney is also a member of UTF’s Investment and Asset and Liability Management Committee. He has been a member of UTF for more than 20 years, and he began volunteering as a member of the supervisory committee in the early 1990s.
Kluin of Freehold was reelected as chairman of the board. An active member of United Teletech Financial since 1983, she worked at Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies for more than 38 years. She has served as chairman since 1994.

Candidates were reviewed by the nominating committee comprised of current members from the board of directors.
