Frank Delaney, the manager of the Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School football team, celebrates with his parents, Frank Sr. and Ali Delaney, after being honored as an “Unsung Hero” by the Shore Chapter of the New Jersey Football Officials Association. The award, which is handed out to a select few individuals throughout the state, was presented o Delaney during a ceremony that honored more than 100 RFH student athletes at the Jan. 7 board of education meeting.
