Vallas Named Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker, Middletown

MIDDLETOWN – Pamela Vallas, a 28-year resident of Rumson, has been named branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Middletown, where she will run the office’s daily operations while driving the success of its approximately 55 sales associates.
An accomplished broker sales associate and manager, Vallas most recently served two years as branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Princeton Junction.

Vallas began her career with Coldwell Banker in 1987 and attained her broker’s license in 1991. “Having the backing of a top international real estate company helped give me the confidence to become a consistent top producer, and I’m here to guide my agents as they realize their full potential,” Vallas said.
Vallas is a non-competing manager with 25 years of sales and marketing experience to share with agents. A professional life and business coach, she offers agents one-on-one business development training to help them achieve their goals and provide the best possible service for their clients.
Among Vallas’ many credentials are specialized training as a Previews Properties luxury home specialist, Antique Homes Specialist and Graduate, Realtor Institute, as well as training in new home sales and social media marketing. Vallas holds a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications with a minor in business administration from William Paterson University. She won many awards from Coldwell Banker during her sales career and is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Club.
