VNACJ Foundation Names Mindy Minerva Board Chair

Mindy Minerva

Mindy Minerva of Locust was appointed chairman of the board of trustees of the VNACJ Foundation. She has been an active member of the board since 2007 and served as co-chair of three designer show houses, VNA Health Group’s largest bi-annual fundraising event.

Prior to her appointment, Minerva was an active member of the Riverview Medical Center Foundation Board. She participated on the Parent Council for Rumson Country Day School and on the Parents Committee for the Executive Committee of Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania.
Minerva was a former human resources executive with Citicorp in New York City. She graduated from Brooklyn College and received her master’s in counseling, psychology and education from Hofstra University.
The VNACJ Foundation Board is responsible for conducting an ongoing program of philanthropic fund raising, volunteer recruitment and community awareness building in support of Visiting Nurse Association Health Group.  VNA Health Group is the largest nonprofit community health provider of in-home and community-based care in New Jersey, caring for an average of 4,000 patients each day and more than 100,000 each year.
