David Morris Zinneman, 66, of Hazlet, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, April 9 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel. He was born on June 4, 1949 in Manhattan, New York. David was raised in Sunnyside, Queens, New York, and then moved to Garfield. On December 4, 1993, David married the love of his life, Lori Jean (DeGiorgio) Zinneman, and together they moved to Hazlet to raise their family. Before retiring, David worked as a mailer for the New York Times in College Point, Queens, New York.
He was predeceased by his parents, David and Rosalie (Grant) Zinneman. David is survived by his beloved wife, Lori Jean (DeGiorgio) Zinneman; his loving children, Justin Paul Zinneman and his wife Rebecca of Keyport, David Grant Zinneman (Active U.S. Army stationed at Fort Bliss) of El Paso, Texas, and his fiancée, Melanie McConnell of Union Beach; his dear siblings, Douglas Raymond Zinneman and Joseph Malcom Zinneman and his wife Linda; and his cherished niece, Kathryn Rose Zinneman.
