Argyris, Daisy, New York City

642

Daisy Argyris went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 27. Daisy was born in 1927, and raised in New York City, by her mother Marietta and father Konstantinos. Daisy and Nick lived in California for 12 years with loving family, and then moved back to the east coast.

Her grandchildren and their spouses, Stacey and Yanni, Nicole and Dan, and Brandon and Mallory, and her precious great-grandchildren, Hannah, Sadie, and Yanni meant the world to her. Daisy had a large extended family including cousins, nieces, nephews and godchildren from all over the world.

Her relationship with God was paramount in her life. For 10 years, she was the president of a Women’s Aglow chapter. She last worked at the Royal Box in Red Bank. She loved the theater and the arts, and was a lifelong fan of Frank Sinatra.

Daisy was predeceased by a brother, Jerry Delaportas, and sister-in-law, Susan. Daisy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Nicholas, to whom she was married for 60 years. She is survived by her biggest joys: her daughters, Annette Thermos, Natalie Zenner; and a son-in-law, Hal Zenner.

Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank, was in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations may be made in her name to Kings Highway Faith Fellowship at www.khff.org, or Good News India at www.goodnewsindia.org.
