Bjornsund, Lisa Marie, Age: 39

501

Born on March 3, 1977 Lisa Marie Bjornsund was granted her Angel Wings on Saturday, April 23, 2016. Lisa entered eternal life into the loving arms of our Lord and also her grandparents, George and Josie Lewis and Henny and Harold Bjornsund. Lisa touched many people in her short time on earth. Those who had the pleasure of knowing Lisa immediately fell in love with her kind spirit and tight hugs. Lisa could always raise your sprits with a few kind and sincere words. To Lisa everyone was beautiful, handsome, special, and smart. She didn’t know how to hold a grudge or have any disdain for people; she truly always saw only the best in everyone. Lisa’s passion was making greeting cards with her sidekick and mom, Lori. She loved more than anything playing with her beautiful nephew Cooper and never grew tired of visiting Disneyworld, the happiest place on earth. Lisa, from the day she was born, stole her father’s heart with her huge smile. She had so much love and was always so proud of her sister Amanda and loved Amanda’s husband John like a brother. Lisa had the honor of speaking at her high school graduation in front of a few thousand people encouraging her classmates to soar like an eagle. Making people feel good about themselves is a gift Lisa blessed us with. We can all honor Lisa by being a bit kinder, gentler, and continually looking for the best in everyone we encounter as well as living life to the fullest. Some people say that you can’t be taught how to love; those people never met Lisa.

Lisa is survived by her loving parents, Craig and Lori Bjornsund; her loving sister and brother-in-law, Amanda and John Ferguson; and her adorable nephew, Cooper James Ferguson. Also many aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as her church family at King of Kings Lutheran Church and an abundant amount of friends. When God lent this Special Angel to the earth he lent her to the most perfect Mom. May Lori take comfort in knowing that Lisa is now in the arms of the only one who can possibly love her better.
