Agnes Kardauskas was born on October 18, 1924 and passed away on Friday, May 6 in Reading, Massachusetts, while surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Pennsylvania to the late George and Anna (Lopuch) Danchisko, lived most of her early life in Linden, and later moved to Lincroft where she and her husband lived for 50 years.

Before marriage to her husband Ed, she worked as a secretary for Merck and Company. She loved working outside and maintained a lush vegetable garden and flowers for many years. She faithfully attended daily Mass at St. Leo the Great R.C. Church until her health no longer permitted. She and her husband were active members of the church choir for over 25 years.

She is survived by her husband, Edmund V. Kardauskas; her brother, Nicholas Danchisko; her sister, Margaret Danchisko; and her children, Michael Kardauskas of Billerica, Massachusetts, Edmund G. Kardauskas and his wife Allison of Weather ford, Texas, and Mary Kardauskas of Alexandria, Virginia. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Edmund G. Kardauskas Jr. of Melbourne, Florida, and Laura Munson of Norman, Oklahoma; and two great-grandchildren by Ed Jr., Katie and Christina Kardauskas.
