RED BANK – Baker and TV personality Buddy Valestro, aka the “Cake Boss,” will be in the borough Monday to open his family’s newest Carlo’s Bakery shop.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. at the 86 Broad St. bakery.
Mayor Pasquale and a special guest from the Make-A-Wish Foundation will appear at the grand opening along with members of the Valestro family.
