FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County grand jury has indicted a Middletown man, charging him with sexually assaulting a minor.
The two-count indictment, handed up Tuesday, charges 20-year-old Michael Georgiannapatrick, also known as Michael Georgianna-Patrick, of the Port Monmouth section, with one count of sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the indictment, Georgiannapatrick allegedly had sexual contact from Nov. 10, 2011 to Nov. 21, 2013, with a minor who was older than 13 but younger than 16, while Georgiannapatrick was at least four years older than the victim.
