FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County grand jury indicted Joseph F. Fahrnbach, 38, Lakeside Place, in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, on Aug. 27, charging him with burglary. Fahrnbach on April 28 allegedly illegally entered a business in Wall, according to the indictment.
