Mary Pat Christie, the wife of Gov. Chris Christie, presented Lore Macdonald, a co-founder of the Horizons Student Enrichment Program, with the state’s 22nd New Jersey Hero Award during a ceremony Wednesday, July 17, at the Rumson County Day School.
