HAZLET – The Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce (MCCC) recently celebrated the installation of its officers and director during a dinner at Bella Vista Country Club in Marlboro.
Lt. Gov. Guadagno administered the oath of office to chamber officers and board members. The organization also unveiled its new official logo and slogan.
The logo, designed by Rebecca Ginsberg of Graphic Art Solutions, reflects MCCC’s new slogan, “Bringing Business and Community Together.” MCCC’s Transition Team reviewed more than 50 submissions from contestants throughout Monmouth County before selecting Ginsberg’s design.
Chamber President Sebastian Ferrantell told those assembled that Monmouth County businesses should expect big things from the leaders of the chamber in 2015.
“We welcome our new and returning board members to the chamber. There is a lot to accomplish over the next few months and we intend to roll up our sleeves and get busy building value for our members,” Ferrantell said. “The community can expect to see a much needed advancement in the area of digital technology as it relates to business education, transformation, implementation and operation.”
Under the leadership of Terence Biggs II, executive director of the chamber, MCCC designed its business model focused on improving the quality of life for the residents and increasing economic prosperity for businesses in Monmouth County.
“As we position ourselves into the new role of a county chamber, we are committed to partnering and collaborating with every business, organization and government that has a mission to provide measurable ROI to the business owners and residents of Monmouth County,” Biggs said. “Partner with us and let’s build lasting value together.”
The chamber thanks Guadagno and Freeholder John Curley for their continued leadership and support. A special thank you also went to the evening’s Platinum Member Sponsors, Scudiery Enterprises, Kazia’s Asian Grab ‘N Go, and Bella Vista Country Club.
