Group Coaching Series To Focus On How To Conquer Emotional Eating
RED BANK – Formula For Excellence is holding a six-week group coaching series designed to help participants conquer emotional eating.
Presented by Life and Wellness Coach Jenn Nocera, the series will begin Tuesday, March 20 from 7 to 8 p.m. in Eatontown.Topics to be address include what triggers overeating and how to develop the physical and mental energy necessary to overcome fitness and lifestyle challenges.

Monmouth Pain Center Offers PowerPlate Training
RED BANK – – Muscles weaken and deteriorate without regular exercise and use—a process known as atrophy. Recycle your Hearing Aids
ARE YOUR OLD, unused, hearing aids lying in a drawer somewhere? Coastal Ear, Nose & Throat can put those hearing aids to good use. Hear Now, a national nonprofit organization which provides hearing aids to the needy, has designated Coastal Ear, Nose & Throat as a local hearing aid drop-off center.
Hear Now is dedicated to making hearing instruments accessible to low income, permanent U.S. residents with hearing impairments, regardless of age, by providing hearing aids and cochlear implants. Sending old or no longer used hearing aids may seem to be such a small thing, but those hearing aids are valuable to the program. All hearing aids regardless of make, model, age or condition can be donated to the foundation. All funds generated through that transaction help to underwrite the cost of the new aids provided in the foundation’s efforts “so the world may hear.”
Between 2007 and 2009, about 111,478 hearing aids were donated to the program. Collection sites, through their efforts, were responsible for 75 percent of those donations.
Revenue generated from recycling is used to fund hearing instruments for those in need. Your hearing aid donation is tax deductible. Do not worry if the hearing aids are not in good condition.
