TINTON FALLS – McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP (MDM&C) will host an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday, Sept, 23, to welcome the community to its Tinton Falls location.
Having opened its doors Aug. 4, the Tinton Falls office is the firm’s 11th office. With three offices already established in Morristown, Newark and Ridgewood, the Monmouth County location will provide MDM&C with its first physical presence in Central Jersey.
The office is staffed by six attorneys, including retired New Jersey Superior Court Judge and Former Presiding and Assignment Judge of the Monmouth County Vicinage, Lawrence Lawson, and retired New Jersey Superior Court Judge and Former Presiding Judge of the General Equity and Civil Divisions of the Monmouth County Vicinage, Thomas W. Cavanagh, Jr. Both judges are focusing their practices on mediations and arbitrations. Also housed at the Tinton Falls location is Ronald J. Riccio, former dean and current professor at Seton Hall University School of Law.
“We have been assessing the market for some time, given our numerous clients in southern and Central New Jersey,” Managing Partner Edward B. Deutsch said. “The Tinton Falls office enables us to better serve and develop existing client relationships in Monmouth County while further enhancing our Alternative Dispute Resolution services.”
