Park System to Sell Seven Presidents Beach Badges Beginning March 20

LONG BRANCH – Summer is coming and there’s no better place to spend it than on the sandy beaches of Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park.

Season beach badges and parking passes will be available for sale, starting Wed­nesday, March 20, at the Monmouth County Park Sys­tem Headquarters, Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays through June 28. All sales must be done in person and can be paid with cash, check or credit card.

Seasonal badges and parking passes also will be available at Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park Pavilion on Ocean Avenue starting Saturday, May 11. Hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends and Memorial Day. Daily, starting Saturday, June 15, purchases at Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park must be paid with cash or check.

Lifeguards will be on duty weekends and Memorial Day starting Saturday, May 25, and daily starting Saturday, June 15.

Season beach badges are $45 for those ages 13-17; $65 for adults ages 18 to 64; and $25 for adults age 65 and older. Season parking passes are $65.  Season badges are effective until Sept. 2.

Weekday beach fees are $7 for individuals 18 years old and older; those age 17 and younger are free. On weekends and holidays, the fee is $7 for individuals age 13 and older; those 12 and under are free. The cost of a daily parking pass is $7.
