Red Dress Event Brings NY Fashion To Red Bank For Heart Health Awareness

February 2, 2012

The Red Dress Event comes to Red Bank on Thursday, Feb. 23 at Buona Sera Restaurant. The event, in its fourth year, will educate and empower women to take control of their heart health.

In partnership with The Heart Truth campaign, Meridian CardioVascular Network will host a cocktail party that features several dresses from the Red Dress Collection. Guests will get a close-up view of dresses created by several notable designers, hot off the runway from New York’s Fashion Week.

The event features signature red cocktails; heart healthy hors d’oeuvres and music along with door prizes and giveaways. Tickets are $50, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Meridian Women’s Heart Connection- a program aimed at building awareness of women’s heart disease and keeping women informed and healthy. The evening will also feature stories from local women who have survived heart disease with the help of Meridian hospitals, as well as expert tips on how to decrease risk factors.

To purchase tickets or for more information call 1-800-DOCTORS.
