By Chris Spiewak

After a miserable and cold winter (remember those single digit mornings and trying to park on Monmouth Street after the snowstorms?), I am greatly pleased to present some warm weather events for your listening pleasure.

Of course, it is impossible to list every single event in the Shore area, but the following is a good overview of the great times to be had in fabulous Monmouth County. We are blessed to have some of the best local talent in America in the area, and also fortunate to have several venues that play host to visiting national acts.

Also, don’t forget the many open mic nights in the area: Sunday’s at Jamians in Red Bank; Tuesday’s at Molly Maguire’s in Rumson; Wednesday’s at the Wonder Bar in Asbury Park; and Thursday’s at the Colts Neck Inn, to name a few. Support local music!
