Venancio Exceeds $95 Million in Real Estate Sales
RUMSON – Monmouth County real estate agent Mario Venancio, a Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate sales associate, was recognized with a NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, 2013-Platinum level, for exceeding $95 million in sales with more than 100 transactions.
Venancio has received the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® 20 times in his 22-year career. Venancio is once again the top producer in Monmouth County for 2013 and Gloria Nilson’s No. 1 sales associate for the fifth consecutive year.
Venancio attributes his success to his in-depth knowledge of the areas he serves and his unwavering integrity when it comes to marketing properties and completing a transaction.

Prior to becoming a full-time real estate sales associate, Venancio worked in pharmaceutical sales. With his extra time on the weekends, he learned the real estate business and soon discovered he had a true passion and talent for the industry. Making a leap of faith, he left his lucrative pharmaceutical position to focus on a career in real estate.
