RED BANK – An open house will be held Saturday at the Cedar Crossing, the new affordable housing complex located on Cedar Street.
There are seven units available for purchase, priced from $89,775 to $147,586. Pricing is based on the requirements of the state Council on Affordable Housing (COAH).
In addition, there are no application or down payment required. Financing is available thriough the New Jersey Home and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA). Closing cost assistance is available through Monmouth County for those who qualify.
The open house will be held from noon to 4 p.m.
