A brilliant light left Belford Dec. 19 when Philip A. Kaylor, 59, passed away following a short battle with cancer. He was born April 21, 1960.

Phil was an avid angler and the best hunter around. He loved to go to the mountain with his brother hunting, fishing and just hanging out. Phil was also a very talented carpenter. He would help and do anything for anyone.

Phil was preceded in passing by his mother Lorraine Kaylor, father Arthur Kaylor Sr., sister Debbie Veitinger, brother-in-law Charlie Veitinger and brother Eddie Kaylor.

He is survived by his only child, daughter Crystal Kaylor; his best friend and brother Art Kaylor and Phyllis Kaylor; two godchildren, Chuck Veitinger and Steven Kaylor; and many nephews, nieces and great-nieces.

The Bullfrog knew a Goat head.

A celebration of Phil’s life will be held at the Middletown Elks Lodge at a later date. Please check Scott & Kedz Home for Funerals at scottkedzfuneralhome.com for service details.
