As the state eased some COVID-19 lockdown restrictions a few residents took to the streets and waters around Red Bank to enjoy the warmer weather. A number of people sported the recommended face masks while getting takeout or curbside service at local restaurants. Others just wandered through nearly empty streets, window shopping at closed storefronts.

The governor reopened auto dealerships, bike shops and beaches, with strict social distancing measures. For the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend, he also permitted small get-togethers of up to 10 people, but still encourages that everyone practice social distancing and proper sanitation and hygiene guidelines.
