Joan Patricia Devine, 67, of Port Monmouth, died Dec. 13, 2021, in Middletown. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, and lived in Port Monmouth. Joan was the second oldest child of Robert and Helen Devine and she had five brothers.
She loved learning and, after receiving her undergraduate degree at Montclair University, she went to LSU and graduated with an MBA. Joan was a certified public accountant and worked in both public and private accounting. She was very artistic and loved painting and drawing. She loved animals and enjoyed being out in nature.
Surviving are her five brothers: Robert (Nancy) Devine, John (Joan) Devine, Donald Devine, Richard Devine and James (Lisa) Devine. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Helen Devine.
A memorial service will be held later in 2022.
