Kevin R. Daly, 63, of Highlands, passed away peacefully at home April 12, 2022.
He was born in Brooklyn, New York, the youngest of three children of Charles and Grace (née Brown) Daly who then moved to New Jersey when he was very young.
Kevin attended Mater Dei Prep High School and Brookdale Community College. He was a retired sheet metal worker, Local 27.
A proud Irishman who loved great music and a good story, Kevin had a wonderful sense of humor and loved his family with all his being.
Kevin was predeceased by his parents, Charles J. Daly Sr. and Grace M. Daly, his brother Charles J. Daly Jr., sister-in-law Gwendolyn Daly, and his brothers-in-law Bryan McDermott and James Ouellette.
Kevin is survived by his wife Catherine M. O’Herron Daly, his cherished son Kevin Patrick Daly, his sister Patricia Daly McDermott Ouellette, as well as many nieces and nephews whom he took great pride in helping to raise.
Visitation was April 16 at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made to Highlands First Aid Squad or your favorite charity.
Interment will be private.
