Carol A. Phillips, 83, of River Plaza, formally of Shrewsbury, died peacefully at home June 29, 2022, surrounded by loving family members. She was born in Albany, New York.
Carol was predeceased by her husband of 60 years Samuel K. Phillips and her parents Albert E. and Mary B. Newman. She is survived by her children, Glenn Phillips (Sheri), Linda Spratford, Samuel L. Phillips (Marybeth), Dale Phillips, Marylin Phillips (Joseph Holiday), and Tammi Antonelli, 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren with two on the way.
Carol was cared for by her daughter Tammi and her granddaughter Marissa Phillips during her last months.
Visitation and a service were held July 5 at Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank. Cremation will be private.
