Donald K. Mullins, 79, of Atlantic Highlands and formerly of Fair Haven, passed away peacefully Dec. 19, 2022 with his family by his side. He was born in Hoboken to the late Harold and Doris Mullins. Donald enjoyed a successful career as a consultant in the garment industry for many years. He liked to golf, write editorials to the Asbury Park Press and, most of all, cherished spending time with family and friends.
Donald is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Margaret “Peggy” Mullins; their two children, Alyson Gucciardo and her husband Rob, and Michael H.P. Mullins and his wife Eileen; four siblings, Harold Mullins (Mary Ellen), Michael Mullins, Patricia Piagessi (Ray) and Christine McCallion (Kevin); and four grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, R.J. and Emily.
Visitation was Dec. 23, 2022, at the John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. Interment was private but a “hooley” is being planned for a future date.
