Arthur Benjamin Wedeen passed away comfortably Oct. 23, 2023, at the age of 92. Arthur was born to Dr. William and Mildred Wedeen in Perth Amboy in 1931.
Arthur was a beloved son, brother, uncle, great uncle and friend. He was a dedicated tennis instructor and consistently celebrated the accomplishments of his many students.
Arthur’s older sister, Arlene Miller, passed away Oct. 5, 2023. She and her late husband Seymour opened their home to Arthur his entire life.
He is survived by their three children, Peter (Bess) Miller, Nancy Rodman and Constance Miller, and his younger sister Ruth and her husband Hank Plotkin and their three children, Jimmy (Bonnie) Plotkin, Ellen Mulholland and Debbie Michelle.
The Miller and Plotkin families are mourning his loss.
A private graveside service was held at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery Oct. 27.
