Barbara J. D’Elia, 57, of Lincroft, passed away Aug. 25, 2023, with her family at her side.
She was born Oct. 16, 1965, and adopted by her parents, Gerard and Rose D’Elia, Oct. 18, 1965.
Barbara was the sweetest and kindest soul. She was an amazing daughter, friend, wife and bonus mom. Barbara loved going to the beach, shopping and cooking. She enjoyed arts and crafts.
Barbara was married to her loving husband, Steve Leibrock. Together they had four children: Larissa, Steven, Ashleigh and Tessa. Barbara would stay up late at night with her bonus kids playing video games and make them meals at 3 a.m. She was the most loving and selfless person. Barbara’s spirituality helped her remain positive through all the challenges she faced. She loved her animals just as much as people, especially her two Yorkies, Pippin and Chewy.
Barbara was predeceased by her parents Gerard and Rose D’Elia.
Surviving Barbara are her husband, Steve Leibrock; daughters Larissa Goldat, Ashleigh Leibrock, and Tessa Leibrock; a son Steven Leibrock; her sister-in-law Ellen Leibrock; mother-in-law Rosemary Leibrock; her best friend Kristine Garland and her children, Raymond, Joseph, and Barbara’s god-daughter Gianna; best friend Karen McLaughlin; and best friend Denise Spoto and her children Alyssa and Michael.
