Kyle Bhatiya, 28, of Little Silver, passed away at Jersey Shore University Medical Center on Sunday, December 25. Kyle attended elementary school in Little Silver and graduated high school from the Elan School in Poland Spring, Maine. He attended college at Becker College in Worchester, Massachusetts, and graduated from Caldwell University in Caldwell. He was employed by Amazon.com in Robbinsville and the Parker House in Sea Girt.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, John Gunther, former mayor of Howell; his paternal grandparents, Limbabhai and Gngaben Bhatia of Gujarat, India; and his cousin Michael Gunther II of Howell. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Gunther Bhatiya and his father, Dr. Savji Bhatiya of Little Silver; his brothers, Dinkar Bhatia (April Adams) of Washington, D.C. and Neil Bhatiya (Adrienne Zych) of Jersey City; his grandmother, Frances Windeler Gunther of Howell; his uncles, Michael Gunther and John David Gunther of Howell; a cousin, Christopher Gunther of Bayville; and extended family members in India.

Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, Toms River, is in charge of the arrangements. A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, January 7 at 11 a.m. at the Church of the Nativity in Fair Haven. A celebration of his life will be held in June at the Jersey Shore.
