Packard Biddle, 71, passed away July 1. He was born in Media, Pennsylvania to the late Peyton and Frances (Packard) Biddle and spent the last 45 years living in Little Silver. He spent the last 46 years as a social worker for the Monmouth County Department of Human Service Division of Social Services.
Packard is predeceased by Barbara Biddle, mother of their son, John Packard Biddle who, along with his wife Jennifer and son John Packard Biddle Jr., live in Delaware. Also surviving is his wife, M. Jill Shann-Biddle; his brothers and their spouses: Peyton and Mary Biddle of Pennsylvania and William and Anne Biddle of Maryland; as well as many nieces and nephews and loyal friends, family members and neighbors.
Arrangements are under the care of the John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. A Memorial Service will be held for Packard at 2 p.m. July 21 at Christ Church in Shrewsbury.
